- •Every Georgia contractor exam is open book, so practise with your own tabbed copies of the listed references. Books may be highlighted, underlined and tabbed with permanent tabs; no handwritten notes, no Post-it tabs, no loose papers.
- •Business & Law allows one book: the NASCLA Contractors Guide to Business, Law and Project Management, Georgia 3rd Edition.
- •The residential exams use the 2018 IRC (and the 2018 IBC for Light Commercial) with the Georgia amendments. The NASCLA General Contractor exam uses IBC 2021 or 2024. Code questions follow only the listed edition.
- •A silent, nonprinting, non-programmable calculator is allowed. Practise with the one you will bring.
- •PSI may add up to 10 unscored experimental questions that count against your time, so finish the full sittings here with time to spare.
